  Euphemia Mailer was born 26Sep1816 at Orwell, the second of four daughters of David and Janet Mailer nee Horn. In the 1841 Census Euphemia is living with her widowed mother Janet and two sisters Janet and Margaret in New Road, Orwell. The three sisters all have the aged 20 beside their names! No marriage found for Euphemia Mailer and William Yule on ScotlandPeople. In 1851 census-Village of Milnathort, District 2, p44. Household between Janet Mailer (nee Horn) and James Whyte consists of William and Euphemia Yule, aged 31 and 34, William a Shoemaker b Arngask, Perth with sons Alexander 8, David 6, both born Orwell. In 1861 the family has increased - three more children - William 9, Julia 6 and Andrew 5. Alexander and David no longer living with family at the Bakers Shop. In the 1871 census - Euphemie GULE and her husband and children Julia and Andrew living at New Road in Kinross. In 1881 only daughter Julia, now 26, is at home with her parents who are now in their 60s. The last census I can find them is 1891 - Euphemia ZALE and husband William are living at 30 New Rd in Kinross. Euphemia died 1Apr1894 at Milnathort aged 77 years of Epilepsy. Her husband William Yule, Shoemaker. Both parents deceased. Son David informant.
