FORSYTH V. FORSYTH. Peter Liddell Forsyth (30), of 162 Queen-street, Melbourne, tinsmith, sought divorce from Ethel Annie Forsyth (30), of Launceston, Tasmania, on the ground of misconduct. The petitioner said that the marriage took place on November 22, 1903, at Launceston, and there were three children, from 5 to 8 years of age. After living at different places in Tasmania, in July, 1908, they came to Melbourne. The re- spondent had become addicted to drink, and in 1910 returned to Launceston with the children. In the following year petitioner visited Launce- ton, and respondent refused to return to Mel- Melbourne. In October, 1911, she gave birth to an illegitimate child. Her decree was granted. Mr. V. In the Divorce Court to-day, Peter Liddell Forsyth, of Melbourne, tin- smith, sought a divorce from Ethel Annie Forsyth, of Launceston (Tas,), on the ground of misconduct.
