DISTURBANCE IN SHOP
Peter Lolagas, fishmonger, of Graham
street, Port Melbourne, in Port Melbourne
Court yesterday, said that on Friday night
Gordon Harold Forsyth, of Liardet street,
Port Melbourne, entered his shop, broko a
window with a chair, and struck his wlfo
several times.
Forsyth was fined £5 on a charge of
having assaulted Mary Lolagas, wife of
Peter Lolagas; £1 for having wilfully
broken a window, and was also ordered to
pay £2 damages.
Forsyth said that Peter Lolagas attacked
him first.
