      Ursula Netta. Jessamine Forsyth- (formerly James) petitioned Mr. Justice Gordon, /in. the Divorce Court today, to dissolve her marriage with William Henry Forsyth, , on the ground of desertion; ' Petitloner,;,who was represented by Mr. E.-W. Warren, said.that she married the respondent on January 28, 1905, at Parramatta; ' He followed "the occupation of a moulder, and; at the time of the marriage,
      they were both under .age, but the consent of their parents had been obtained. After the marriage they lived at Parramatta, subsequently going to Newtown; 'In consequence
      of a threat by the respondent to kill her and the child she left him. He also-told: her to clear out. That was In January, 1909. " In May of the same year ho induced her to return to him, and- they were in lodgings in the suburbs when he 'created' another' disturbance, and the next, morning she found 'he had disappeared. '
      His Honor was of the -opinion that the desertion was made out, and. ordered the decree .
