- OBITUARY
The Horsham Times, Friday 21 June 1901.
"OBITUARY. Mrs. Hutchinson, wife of Mr. Alfred Hutchinson, of Church Hill, who was admitted to the Horsham District Hospital on Saturday, suffering from an internal complaint, to which she has been a victim for years past, died in the institution at an early hour yesterday morning. As her condition grew worse after admission to the hospital, the medical officer found it necessary to perform an operation, and in so doing removed a large abscess. Mrs. Hutchinson never rallied after the operation, and died as above stated, leaving a husband and family, the youngest of which is only an infant, to mourn their loss. The funeral takes place at two o'clock to-day.".
