Sergeant W. KEARSEY. - Intimation has been
received by Mr. John Kearsey, of Inverell, that
hiss son (Sergeant William Kearsey) was
wounded in action on October 5. Sergeant
Kearsey left Inverell as a private twelve
months ago, and has been only a month on
the west front. Two of his brothers (John and
James) were some time ago killed in action
in France.
IN the Supreme Court of New South Wales.-Probate Divi
sion.-No. 737022.-Re will of WILLIAM KEARSEY, late
of Inverell, grazier, deceased.-Probate granted by the Supreme
Court of New South Wales on 6th September, 1972.-Pursuant
to the Wills, Probate and Administration Act, 1898-1940,
Testator's Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants
Act, 1916-1938, and Trustee Act, 1925-1940, Owen Vernon
Spencer Wiltshire and William Bryan Fearnley, the executors
of the will of the said William Kearsey, who died on 30th
November, 1971, hereby give notice that creditors and others
having any claim against or to the estate of the said deceased
are required to send particulars of their claims to the said
executors at the undermentioned address on or before 31st
March, 1973, at the expiration of which time the said execu
tors will distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims
of which they then have notice.-Dated 7th December, 1972.
