      Marriages.
      MR. E. FORSYTH, Town-clerk of the Borough of Goulburn, and Miss Amy Wiles, second eldest
      daughter of Mrs. G. Wiles, of Bradley-street, were married at St. Nicholas' Church at half-past six
      o'clock this morning by tihe Rev. Dr. D'Arcy-Irvine. The bride was very prettily attired in navy rep with tan silk trimmings and navy hat to match.
      The Misses Lily and Ella Wiles, who acted as bridesmaids, wore grey serge withl tartan trimmings. Mr. McDonald, of Mr. Betts's office, acted as best man, and the bride was given away by her
      uncle, Mr. J. H. Lee. The newly-married couple left by the express train for Sydney. The presents
      received by the bride were numerous and costly.

      OBITUARY.
      Mr. Ebenezer Forsyth, formerly Town Clerk
      of Goulburn died at his late residence, "Eustonia,"
      Martin-street, North Sydney, on Tuesday last.
      Before coming to Goulburn to enter the employ
      of the Council Mr. Forsyth was connected with
      journalism in England. While in this city he
      married a daughter of the late Mr. George Wiles.
