• Notes

  Robert married Sarah Nutley on 24 July 1893. They settled on "Clifton Farm" at Limestone Ridges near Harrisville. They were self-sufficient growing various crops and milking cows. Any luxuries would be purched from pedlars who called from time to time, for it was seldom that they left their farm. Robert died on 7 April 1935 and Sarah died on 14 August, 1943 both are burried in Harrisville Cemetery.
