  The West Australian (Perth, WA : 1879 - 1954) Wed 4 Sep 1946 Page 10 AGED MAN'S COLLAPSE. William Lawrence Forsyth (74), married, of 9 Price-street, South Fremantle, collapsed and died in a chemist's shop in Mandurah-road, South Fremantle, about 2 p.m. yesterday. He entered the shop and complained of feeling unwell. A St. John ambulance was summoned, but Forsyth was dead on its arrival Beaconsfield police were told that he had been in ill-health for some time and had been receiving medical treatment. The Coroner has been notified.
