      NOTICE is hereby givcn that the PARTNERSHIP hitherto existing between the undersigned PHILIP ROBINSON and WILLIAM FORSYTH STEWART, carrying on business at York Chambers 56Fix this text Market street, Sydneyus Indent and Commission Agents, under the style of "Robinson and Stewart" has been DISSOLVED by mutual consent as from the 31st day of December, 1905. The undersigned I William Forsyth Stewart has withdrawn from the said business, and the undersigned Phillip Robinson will receive all amounts due to the firm, and pay all debts and liabilities due by the firm and will continue the business on his own account, under the name or style of PHILIP ROBINSON.       OBITUARY.
      MH. W. F. STEWART.
      A former well-known resident of Auckland, Mr. William Forsyth Stewart, died on February 28 at Sydney at the age of 61 years. He was the eldest son of the late Mr. Andrew Stewart and of Mrs. Christina Stewart, of Auckland. Mr. Stewart was born in Auckland. In 1885 he joined the firm of Wingate, Burns and Co., hardware merchants, and, wheil that firm dissolved, he remained with John Burns, Ltd. In 1901 Mr. Stewart went to Australia. He returned five years later to take up the position of assistant secretary to the Auckland Gas Company. Three years afterwards he became secretary and held that position for 13 years. He then resigned to join his brother, Mr. R. L. Stewart, in the firm of Brown and Stewart. He joined the firm of Dymock and Company in Sydney in 1929 as secretary and as a director.. Mr. Stewart is survived by his wife and a daughter.
