      DIVORCE CASE.
      At the Moree District Court on Tuesday, before His Honor Acting Judge Watt, Lloyd Arthur Gainey petitioned for a divorce from his wife, Vera Gainey, on the ground of alleged misconduct
      with George. Kirkpatrick. who was joined as co-respondent. Mr. Zlotkowski appeared for the petitioner. The facts were that the petitioner enlisted and sailed on 7th, September, 1916, and
      returned on the 21st May, 1919. During his absence, a child was born on the 10th April. 1918, Evidence was given that the respondent and the respondent had lived together at Bxxx.'s boarding house and also at the Club Hotel, Garah. At the latter place the child in question was born. His Honor found the issue proved.
