NEWMAN-FORSYTH.
The wedding- was solemnised at St. James* Church, Moora, on July; 7, of Miss Lillian Forsyth, of Moora, and Mr. George S. Newman, of Busselton.
The bride entered the church on the arm of ber father to the strains of "The Voice That Breathed O'er Eden," played by Mr, Fred Ashby. She was daintily attired in an ankle-length gown of ivory satin, with' train. lined with shell pink, and the conventional veil prettily - arranged with orange blossom. Her bouquet was of cream roses and lilies. The - bridesmaids, Miss E. Forsyth (sister of the bride) and Miss L Newman (sister of then bridegroom), were smartly frocked in ankle length, blue and nauve georgette respectively. Their headdress was of tulle arranged in turban fashion, with ¿lamente buckle. They carried bouquets ts tone. ' The two little train* bearers. Misses Laura Forsyth - and
Patty Farnero, were attired in long frocks ot shaded pink tulle, and little, mob caps to match. The duties of best man' were carried out by Mr. W. H. E. Newman (brother of the groom), and those of groomsman by Mr. Douglas Forsyth. The officiating clergyman waa Rev. F. M. Oliver, of Subiaco, assisted by Rev. Roberts, also of Subiaco, and Rev. F. W. Gunning, Moora. During the signing of the register Mrs. Warwick Taylor sang "Because." At the reception, which was I held in the hall, Mrs. Forsyth received her guests attired in a smart frock of fawn crepe satin, with hat and bouquet to tone, and was assisted by Mrs. Newman, who was becomingly frocked in navy crepe satin, with biscuit tonings, and hat en suite, and carrying a bouquet of deep rea rbses. About 80 guests partook ot the sumptuous wedding feast. The usual toasts were honored, and special mention made to the fáct that it was the thirty-fourth anniversary of the wedding of the bridegroom's parents, Mr. and Hrs. W. Newman, of Moora. After the breakfast the guests adjourned to Mrs. Newman's residence, where. dancing and bridge were enjoyed until a late hour. Mr. and Hrs. George Newman left by car for Perth. Their future home will be at Busselton.
