He bequeathed all his pro- perty to his widow, Elsie McNaugh ton, but she died on February 28, without having proved the will. Thomas Brown Forsyth, of Caven dish, grazier, lodged an application today for administration of the estate, as the personal representative of Mrs McNaughton. Application was also made by For syth for administration of the estate of Mrs McNaughton. She left real estate £5913, and personal property £1508, and her next of kin are stated to be her mother, her brothers, one of whom is Thomas Brown Forsyth, her sisters, and her nephew and niece;
