John Forsyth. 19, had his arm torn off when it was caught in a shearing machine at Euroka station. Forsyth as cleaning an overhead shaft when a bag that he was holding was caught in the machine and his arm was dragged in also.

John Forsyth, - aged 19 years, had his right arm torn off when it was caught in a shearing machine at Euroka Station. He was cleaning the overhead shaft when a bag he was holding caught in the machine and his arm was dragged in.

WALGETT. Wednesday.
John Forsyth, 19. had his right arm torn off just below the elbow through being caught in the shearing machinery at Euroka Station, 14 miles from Walgett.
Forsyth was cleaning an overhead shaft, when a bag which he had in his hand, became caught and wound around his arm. Jerking him from his feet and throwing him some, distance The remaining portion of the limb was amputated in hospital.

HONEYMOON IN TASMANIA
A PTER their wedding at All Saints' Church, Hunter's Hill, yesterday morning, Mr. and Mrs. Charlton John Forsyth left by the Orcades for Tasmania, where they will spend their honeymoon.
The bride, who wore an ensemble of grey romaine, was formerly Miss Betty Hugall, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs, W. A. Hugall, of Brisbane, while the bridegroom is the second son of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Forsyth, of Henley, Sydney.
The Rev. A. J. Rolfe officiated at the ceremony, and Mr. Leigh Forsyth was the best man. An all-blue ensemble was worn by the bridesmaid, Miss Jean Forsyth.
