Mr Nigel Roy Forsyth, who died at the Prince of Wales Hospital Randwick, was the third son of the late Mr and Mrs Adam Forsyth, of Vaucluse After he returned from the war he became a partner in the firm of W S Forsyth and Co, public accountants Later he was manager and secretary of the Armidale Newspaper Co, Ltd, and secretary and manager of Country Press, Ltd In 1936 he became a director of Gothams (Australasia), Ltd For a time he was employed by the Australian United Press Ltd The funeral took place on Saturday

OBITUARY
Mr. N. R. Forsyth
Mr. Nigel. Roy Forsyth, of Sydney,and formerly of Armidale; died last night in the , Prince of Wales Military Hospital, Randwick, at the age of 46 years.
Mr. Forsyth, who was the third son of the late .Mr. and Mrs. Adam Forsyth, of Vaucluse, left Armidale for Sydney about five years ago. He was a chartered accountant, and was formerly a partner in the firm of W. S. Forsyth and Co. , Subsequently he be came the first manager and secretary of the Armidale Newspaper Co., Ltd., and recently held the position of man ager of the Country Press Ltd. He
was a director of Gothan (Australasia) Ltd.. In recognition of his work, Mr. Forsyth was awarded the Coronation Medal.
