      NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF
      PARTNERSHIP.
      NOTICE is hereby given that the PARTNERSHIP which has for some time past been carried on by the undersigned, WILLIAM GEORGE FOX, WILLIAM: HENRY KELLS and EDWARD HANLEY, under the Firm of 'THE GRANVILLE PICTURE COMPANY,' at Granville, in the trade or business of a Cinematograph Picture Show, has been, DISSOLVED by mutual consent. And all Debts owing by and due to the said Firm shall be paid and received, respectively, by WILLIAM HENRY KELLS, who will continue to carry on the said business in his own name at Granville, aforesaid.

      MR. W. H. KELLS.
      Mr William Henry Kells, who died yesterday, was one of the pioneers of the moving picture industry in New South Wales. He established the first picture show at Granville, when he was employed at the Clyde Engineering Company as a sub-contractor on the building of railway carriages He was also interested in the technical side of the picture industry and financed several Australian inventions. He was the eldest son of the late Mr James Kells one of the pioneers of the Ryde district, where he was educated and lived until he joined the gold lush to Coolgardie in 1895. He walked, with three Ryde companions from Albany to the goldfields. He was a trustee of the Smithfield Methodist Church, where a service will be conducted at 2pm to-day
