SCHULZE-FORSYTH. - July 29, at St. Michael's Church, Surry Hills, by the Rev. Hulton King, Carl Oscar, second son of the late Constantin Schulze, of Leipzig, Germany, to Nellie, third daughter of A. Forsyth, Esq., Manila House, Bourke-street, Surry Hills.

Schulze-Forsythe.
Wednesday, 29th ultimo, was not exactly the day one would choose for a wedding, for instead of cloudless sunshine, so necessary for wedded happiness, according to the old distich, clouds and rain attended the party who entered St. Michael's Church, Surry Hills. The aisle was prettily decorated with a floral arch, composed of red, white, and blue streamers, lilies, foliage, and violets. The chancel window bore on a white ground the appropriate inscription in green letters, " God Bless You," all in honor of Miss Ellen, third daughter of Mr. Archibald Forsythe, of "Manila House," Bourke-street, Surry Hills, who became wife of Mr. Carl Oscar Schulze, C.E.
The bride, a tall graceful girl, looked exceeding well in her bridal robes of white satin, ornamented with lace flounces and cream plush square train, orange blossom wreath, and tulle veil. Her bridesmaids, eight in number, Misses Forsyths (4), Emmett, Evans, and Small (2), wore very taste-fully arranged costumes of cream veiling, with vests, collar, and cuffs of ruby plush, straw hats, and cream feathers. To the strains of a wedding march, played by Mrs. Palmer, the party left the church and drove to Compagnoni's for the dejeuner, and Mr. and Mrs. Schulze proceeded to the mountains for the honeymoon.
