Elizabeth Jane Forsyth, formerly McGregor, sought a dissolution of her marriage with Thomas Todd Forsyth, on tho grounds of habitual drunkenness and failure to support. Mr. E. J. Spear appeared for the petitioner. The parties were married at the Wesleyan Church, Willoughby, on August 10, 1892. Re- spondent began drinking to excess in 1897. She left him in February, 1905, in consequence of his conduct. A decree nisi was granted, returnable in six months.
