FORSYTH V. FORSYTH.
Rupert Ormond Forsyth, 30, of Hodgkin-
son-street, Clifton Hill, upholsterer, for
whom Mr. Richardson appeared, sued for
divorce from Alice Maud Forsyth, 27, on
the ground of her misconduct: According
to petitioner, they were married on 16th
May, 1914, and had two children. Differ
ences arose in 1916 between petitioner
and respondent through the latter having
walked out with a man without witness's
consent, and she went home to her
mother. After she had been three days
there they were reconciled and resumed
living together. On 12th July last, however,
witness and others found her and a man
who gave the name 'of Percy Marshall
both intoxicated and occupying a bedroom
in a house in Freeman-street, North Fitz
roy. Marshall had been cited as co
respondent, but there was reason to sup
pose he had given a wrong name and ad
dress. A decree nisi was granted, petitioner
to have custody of the children.
