The late Mrs. Forsyth was born In Wales, and came to Sydney with her parents when 18 years of age. The family resided in Sydney and Parramatta for a brief period, and then removed to Willoughby, where Mrs. Forsyth had resided for more than sixty years. She had for many years past taken a keen Interest In the Royal North Shore Hospital, the Willoughby Benevolent Society, and other charitable bodies. Mrs. Forsyth was also a prominent member of the Artarmon Methodist Church. Mrs. Forsyth is survived by seven sons and four daughters. Alderman R. T. Forsyth, Mayor of Willoughby, is a son.
