A wedding was solemnised at the residence of the bride's parents, Rosewall, Willoughby, on Tuesday July 1, when Mr Charles Anthony Knight, second son of Mr W Knight, of Redfern, was mairred to Miss Amy Amelia Forsyth, tlird daughter of T T Forsyth, JP. The Rev T Pickcome officiated The drawing-room, in which the ceremony was performed, was tastefully decorated with ferns and bunting, and the many presents that were displayed added towards the artistic appearance of the room. The bride, who was given away by her father, was dressed in white merveillaux, with silk applique and chiffon, wreath and veil. She carried a shower bouquet and wore a gold bangle, gifts of the bridegroom Miss Edith Forsyth (sister of the bride), Miss Nancy Forsyth (niece), and Miss Eva Knight (sister of the bridegroom) acted us bridesmaids, being dressed in cream silk. They carried shower bouquets and wore amethyst brooches, gifts of the bridegroom. The bridegroom was attended by Mr J F O'Neill as best man, and Messers B and F Forsyth as groomsmen After the ceremony the bridal party adjourned to the dining hall, where the reception was held, and many were the congratulations offered to the newly married couple, who later left for their honeymoon tour
